E. F. Library Services began doing business in 2006. The owners are former Winnebago Software Company employees. We started as a retrospective conversion and data enhancement company. In 2008, we purchased Savia Library Services (formerly Sagebrush Library Services).

Savia Library Services had its start as Catalog Card Company in 1965. The purpose of the company was to offer the highest quality catalog cards to the library market. And still today, catalog cards are a part of E. F. Library Services product offering.

By the mid-80’s, librarians began making a switch from the catalog card system to automated MARC cataloging system. To meet the growing and diversified needs of the libraries and their automated system, Catalog Card Company established a complete line of automation services in 1985.

We focus on K–12 libraries so we can provide our customers with a level of expertise that will meet their unique needs. Our customers include independent libraries, software vendors, and commercial publishers and distributors.
